MS Printing Solutions, part of Dover Digital, will showcase its JP4 and JP4 EVO digital textile printing machines at Heimtextil, the industry's most important global event for interior textiles and interior design, according to the company.
The event will run on 8-11 January 2019 at Frankfurt am Main, Germany. MS says the live demos on its booth will help visitors to figure out the accuracy and reliability of its printing systems, which allow users to scale productivity and production speed without losing image quality.
The JP4 model, with a printing width of 320m, will be printing in combination with Digistar Bravo: JK Group's disperse ink. JP4 is an ink and software open system equipped with Kyocera KJ4B-300dpi print heads. Whilst being the ‘baby in MS’’ fabric product range for direct textile printing, it offers industrial production speeds of 150 sqm/h with double CMYK and 85 sqm/h with eight single colours. The JP4 is the joining link between paper and textile printing thanks to its possible double configuration of paper and fabric, says the company.
Meanwhile, the JP4 EVO model, also with a 320m printing width, will be printing in combination with Digistar Bellagio – JK Group’s reactive ink, which is debuting at Heimtextil. JP4 EVO is an ink and software open system equipped with Kyocera KJ4B-600dpi print heads, offering an industrial production speed of 220 sqm/h with double CMYK) and 160 sqm/h with eight single colours. The JP4 EVO has been developed for non-elastic fabrics, says MS. Both JP4 models printing in mode up to 16 drops from 4 to 72 pl.
The company will be exhibiting in Hall 3.0, Booth J61.
Also expected next year, MS will launch a brand-new machine at ITMA Barcelona in June. Not much has been revealed yet, but the company describes the machine as a mini LaRio and is said to come equipped with 64 print heads.
