OEM Brother Internationale is continuing to expand its headquarters in Emmerich, Germany.

The new Brother facility

After the construction of a new 1,500 sqm warehouse in 2016, the old warehouse will be demolished and replaced by a modern office building, according to the company.

The demolition works are due to start this September and the completion of the new office building with a total of 1,000 sqm across two floors is planned for the beginning of 2019.

With the new facility, Brother says it is responding to the steadily increasing number of staff members and would like to offer their employees at the Emmerich location a working atmosphere that meets the demands of a modern, expanding company.

The new two-story building, which will be state-of-the-art in occupational and environmental technology, will include office space, a generous break and rest area, meeting and training rooms and a new showroom featuring the latest innovations from Brother, says the company.

Jörg Haan, Brother managing director, says: “‘At your side’ is Brother's motto, and it's a business strategy geared towards a long, prosperous future. To put this motto into action, it is important to face the demands of globalisation. Customer and employee satisfaction are the keys to our current success and future growth.”
